To import local data, go to File menu and select ‘Import Local Data’ option in it.

After you select this option, Local Data Import Wizard as shown in the image below will be
displayed on the screen.
Click on the ‘Select Folder’ button to select the folder of files for particular Data Vendor.

After you select folder to be imported, ‘Select fields’ page will be displayed as shown in the image below.
Select appropriate column numbers for the mentioned fields from the dropdownlist provided.
You can refer to the Data Preview window, which displays file data for you to easily select

After you fill in all the required information about files, click on ‘Next’ button.
You can now click on ‘Ready 2 Go’ button to import local data to your current database.
Alert message will be displayed once the import is completed.
